一、 个人简历

丁新辉, 男, 汉族, 1989年出生, 河南商丘人, 中共党员。2020年6月毕业于中国水利水电科学研究院, 获工学博士学位。2020年9月至今在咸阳师范学院地理与环境学院工作。

主要承担《地理信息系统原理》等课程的教学。
